Do sewing woven's scare you or you know nothing about knits? Want to be able to alter or repair clothing you own? Do you know how to read a pattern?


I can create a custom project based curriculum for your sewing skill level and needs.

HT Sewing Classes - Group

-Approved EPIC vendor--

Sewing classes available for all skill levels. Price includes 4 weekly one hour classes per month. Dec/Jan will be 2 classes in Dec and 2 classes in January to allow for the holidays and possible bad weather. 

Learn basic fabric types, basic sewing machine knowledge, understanding a commercial pattern, and sewing terminology and techniques through hands-on projects. These projects may include a pillowcase, pajama bottoms, skirt (or shorts) with an elastic waist, and/or projects based on the students skill level and interests.

Intermediate and Advanced students will continue to build with more advanced skills such as skirt, dress, or pants with a zipper, sleeves, garment alteration and simple pattern drafting.

All equipment will be available to use or student may bring their own machine and/or sewing supplies. If they wish to practice at home they will need:

  1. sewing pins
  2. cloth measuring tape
  3. seam ripper
  4. fabric scissors
  5. seam gage

Each project will require the purchase of material, pattern, etc. A material list will be given new projects are chosen.

Intro to Sewing Workshop

THIS IN AN IN PERSON CLASS in Noble, OK --Approved EPIC vendor--


3 hour intro to sewing class. Learn basic pattern reading and sewing while making a custom tote bag. All fabric and supplies are included. You may bring your own machine if you wish or use mine.


This is offered the same day as the ribbon skirt class for those who want to learn to make their own or custom ribbon skirt or anyone just wanting a quick start intro to using a basic sewing machine.


Lunch will be provided if desired for those taking both this class and the ribbon skirt class at no charge.


Class size is limited.


Intro to Sewing Workshop $40.00

Ribbon Skirt Workshop

THIS IS AN IN PERSON CLASS in Noble, OK.


Learn to make your own ribbon skirt. We will go from start to finish, from basic fabric choices, how to measure and cut and sew a custom fit skirt with or without pockets, with ribbon and elastic waist. All materials provided. 


Basic sewing knowledge is needed for this workshop. If you you've never sewn check out the Sewing 101 Workshop just prior to this workshop. Lunch will be provided if desired for those taking both classes at no charge.


Class size is limited.

Ribbon Shirt Workshop

THIS IS AN IN PERSON CLASS in Noble, OK



Learn to make your own custom ribbon shirt. We will go from start to finish, from basic fabric choices, cutting and sewing a custom fit shirt with ribbon . All materials provided. 


Basic sewing knowledge is needed for this workshop. Lunch will be provided if desired at no charge. Class size is limited.

Virtual Ribbon Skirt Workshop

This is a Zoom class. 

Learn to make your own ribbon skirt.  You will need:

2 yards of fabric
 and 2 1/2 yds of each ribbon you'd like on your skirt.
I usually use 3 -5 rows of ribbon per skirt.


Once you check out you will get an email from me with the Zoom meeting log-in and full list of notions and sewing equipment needed.



Class size is limited to keep personal instruction and interaction high.

Summer Sewing Camp

Join us for a week of fun themed sewing projects. ages 6-18. Fun introduction to sewing while learning some basic hand and machine sewing. Wrap up the week with a fashion show to show off all of your incredible work to friends and family. Each summer brings a NEW theme and set of projects.


All equipment and supplies are included and the each participant will take home patterns and a notebook of pattern instructions to recreate the projects over and over.

HT Kid's Saturday Sewing Club


Ages 6-16 Learn a new sewing technique each month by making a real sewing project. Appropriate for new and beginning sewers.

All materials are included.
